If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your product(s) by mail or other shipping method within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Customer is responsible for return shipping expense. Price paid for product(s) and any tax will be refunded to customer. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

• No refunds will be granted on items purchased more than 30 days.
• No refunds on opened relaxer or perm/curl kits.
• No refunds on sale items.
